| Christmas Tree Permits |
All of the following information pertains to anyone selling Christmas trees who is not officially listed in the phone book as a "Nursery":
- If the person or group selling the trees does not own the property being used, they must present a letter of permission to use the property.
- The permit fee is $25.00 and a $500.00 deposit is collected at time of application.
- The applicant is then referred to the Highway Department for approval.
- Upon approval the permit is to be obtained at the Highway Department.
- The deposit will be returned after written approval from the Highway Department.
