| Discharge of Firearms Permits |
Owners of land in the Town of Amherst may submit an application for a Discharge of Firearms Permit at the Amherst Town Clerk's Office. The application is referred to the Amherst Police Department for review. Upon approval, a permit will be issued. It is valid until December 31st of the year in which it was issued. There is no fee for the permit. |
