The Stop Waste and Fraud tipline will be the source of public referrals, by name or anonymously, for any suspected Town governmental waste, fraud or mismanagement claims or tips. The Town Comptroller shall collect, analyze, investigate, and, where appropriate, refer to the Town Board, and/or appropriate law enforcement authorities for further investigation, prosecution or other appropriate action.
