The Consolidated Plan outlines the use of all Federal housing and community development funds in the Towns of Amherst, Cheektowaga and Tonawanda for 2005 - 2009. It assesses housing and community development needs and specifies ways the three towns will address them, especially using Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership Grant funds.
