The draft Annual Plan for FY 2009 includes Community Development Block Grant funds for the Town of Amherst and HOME Investment Partnership funds for the Amherst-Cheektowaga-Tonawanda HOME consortium. The Draft Annual Plan is available here and includes the Proposed Budget Summary, Proposed Projects and Narrative.
Copies of the Draft Plan are available at Town Libraries (Audubon, Clearfield, Snyder/Eggertsville and Williamsville), and at the Community Development Division of the Planning Department.
The first public hearing was held on this proposal on October 20, 2008. Copies of the Draft Plan were made available in the Town's four libraries and Town and Village Clerk's offices December 23, 2008 for a public comment period of 30 days. Public comments must be received in written form no later than February 3, 2009. Please address any comments to:
