Youth & Recreation Department Identification Cards can only be purchased at the Amherst Youth & Recreation Department, at the Northtown Center at Amherst. These are Photo Identification Cards.
Requirements
- Proof of residency is required.
- A Drivers License is required for an adult.
- These are Photo Identification Cards.
- Children's birth certificate, accompanied by guardians proof of residency.
- Cost is $5.00 payable by check, cash or money order only.
