Holiday Pickup Schedule
Normal weekly refuse and recyclable collection will occur with the holiday exceptions below. If your collection falls on or follows any of these days, your pick up will be delayed one day with Friday’s pick up done on Saturday.
New Year’s Day (Mon., Jan. 2, 2012)
Memorial Day (Mon., May 28, 2012)
July 4th (Wed., Jul. 4, 2012)
Labor Day (Mon., Sep. 3, 2012)
Thanksgiving Day (Thu., Nov. 22, 2012)
Christmas Day (Tue., Dec. 25, 2012)
New Year’s Day (Tue., Jan. 1, 2013)
Yardwaste Collection
Yardwaste collection begins on April 1st and runs through November 30th annually. Click here for yardwaste regulations.
Totes Program
Please call the Refuse Control Office at 716.631.7119 to order a replacement tote or recycling bin (if broken).
Because of a delay with the NYS grant process recyling totes may not be available until April, 2012. New Recycling totes will be 65 gallons and have a top.
