Senior Housing Fair:  Saturday, March 14th
Stop by the Center on Saturday, March 14th between 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon and explore various options on senior housing including moving & downsizing, aging place, legal & financial issues and technology.  Over 40 vendors plus break out sessions, door prizes, refreshments and craft sale.  Sponsored by Clover Management & Presbyterian Senior Care of WNY.

St. Joseph’s Day Table: Friday, March 20
Enjoy a traditional St. Joseph’s Day Table starting at 12:00 noon.  Two buffet lines and a $3.00 suggested donation per person.  Reservations required by calling 636-3059.

Evening Cultural Series #1: Wednesday, March 25, at 6:00 PM
“We Shall Overcome” - a "musical theatre" performance commemorating the 50th anniversary of the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.   African-American History in Slave songs & spirituals, Abolitionist songs and speeches, and 1960's folk-era civil rights songs, performed with visuals and commentary, in period costuming. Please make your reservations in advance by calling

Open to anyone age 55 or older or that person's younger spouse. Applicants must apply in person.

Town of Amherst Residents

  • May join the Senior Center for a one-time fee of $30.
  • Two proofs of Amherst residency are required.

Non-Amherst Residents

  • May join the Senior Center for annual fee of $30.
  • Must meet above age requirement.
