Delicious Krolick's Fish Fry Benefits Amherst Senior Center
Good eating awaits at the Amherst Senior Center as we present a Krolick’s Fish Fry benefit, Friday, March 9, from 3 – 6:30 p.m., for $10 pre-sale, $11 at the door. The Fish Fry will include battered haddock, potato salad, cole slaw, roll and butter, and beverage. Dinner will be available as eat in or take out. Purchase your tickets at the Center – event is open to the public. See flyer for details.
Senior Services Catalog
The Amherst Senior Center’s Spring-Summer 2012 Course Catalog will be available on this site beginning Monday, February 13. Find it under Program Brochures – Current Course Catalog. The online catalog will include complete course descriptions and registration information. The Senior Center is now using the Town of Amherst website as the primary means of distributing catalogs and course information. Please see this attached flyer for dates of Course Catalog postings this year.
Membership
- Open to anyone age 55 or older or that person’s younger spouse.
- Applicants must apply in person.
Town of Amherst Residents
- May join the Senior Center for a one-time fee of $30.
- Two proofs of Amherst residency are required.
Non-Amherst Residents
- May join the Senior Center for an annual fee of $30 during the trial period through Oct. 4, 2011.
- Must meet above age requirement.
