The Winter 2015 Course Catalog will available on October 10th at the Center & online at the Town of Amherst website: www.amherst.ny.us, by clicking on the Senior Services Department and then selecting the Winter 2015 Course Cataloglink in the center column.
Advance registration for Amherst resident members begins on November 10, 2014. Open registration for Non-Members & Non-Resident Members begins December 1, 2014.The Winter classes run from January 5, 2015 thru April 24, 2015.
Community Volunteer Fair & Basket Auction Set for 10/11
Stop by the Center on Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon. This is a great opportunity for all ages, from high school students to older adults, to learn about many different community organizations that are seeking volunteers. The event will also feature a Basket Auction with the drawing to be held at 11:30 am. Raffle holders need not be present to win. Live music by Friends of Harmony Quartet will take place at 10:30 am. In addition, the Audubon Café and Gift Shop will be open.
