The Amherst Town Board has the responsibility to ensure the residents of the Town that their hard earned tax dollars are not misused or abused. This new web page is designed to encourage residents to report their concerns securely and confidentially. This new reporting mechanism is also designed to curtail anonymous, unsubstantiated nuisance complaints.

To report suspected fraud or waste, by the Town Government, please fill out the form below in its entirety. Your information will be held confidential and secure and will be forwarded to the Amherst Town Attorney's Office. The contact information you provide is necessary to provide a mechanism for follow-up and/or substantiate your claim. If you do not fill out the contact information in full, your claim may be dismissed.
