Eggertsville Community Center Survey
The Eggertsville Community Center
Survey was prepared to provide objective information on the potential need,
prospective activities, location and financing for a community center in
Amherst's mature southwestern neighborhoods. It also samples resident's
satisfaction with existing community facilities. Two hundred residents were
surveyed and the results have a 95 percent statistical confidence level.
The survey report's introduction
clearly states the survey objectives and the methods used in preparing the
survey instrument, taking the survey and analyzing responses. An Executive
Summary presents the highlights of survey responses and provides a profile of
respondents along with summary conclusions. A series of appendices provide
detailed statistics on responses to each survey question, responses that were
not "codeable," the survey instrument and the Phase I Report. This
report documents the process used to develop the survey instrument.
