On May 1, 2006, the Amherst Town Board adopted a Local Law to amend the Town’s Zoning Ordinance, effective May 23, 2006.  At this time, the General Code Publisher’s website for the Town of Amherst does not include the revised Zoning Ordinance.  Please click on the link below to view an up-to-date zoning ordinance document and related information.
