Engineering Department

Youth and Recreation

  • Laborer (Full Time) - This position provides maintenance support to any one of a number of facilities within the department. Must be 18 years of age and have evening and weekend availability.

  • Building Attendant (Part Time) - Applicants 18 years of age and older are needed to supervise community rentals at various facilities. Positions open all year long.

  • Child Care Staff (Part Time) - Applicants 18 years of age and older are needed to work in the Department’s afterschool childcare, recess camp and summer camp programs. Positions open all year long.

  • Guest Services Staff (Part Time) - Applicants 18 years of age and older are needed to work at Guest Services at the Northtown Center at Amherst. Positions open all year long.

  • Laborer (Part Time) - Applicants 18 years of age and older are needed to work as laborers.

  • Skate Guards (Part Time) - Applicants 18 years of age and older are needed to work as skateguards at the Northtown Center at Amherst. Positions open all year long.

  • Sports Instruction Staff (Part Time) - Applicants 18 years of age and older are needed to supervise various sports programs for youth and adults. Positions open all year long.

  • Tennis Staff (Part Time) - Applicants 18 years of age and older are needed to teach tennis to youth and adults of all ages. Hours and locations vary. Positions open all year long.

  • Life Guards (Seasonal) - Applicants 16 years of age and older are needed to work at the Clearfield and North Forest pools. Positions open all year long.
