“I saw a young neighbor down the street attempting to shovel her driveway last week while also watching her toddler. The snow was knee deep and she was struggling to move it. That just broke my heart and made me say, "I can't let her continue like that." I started up my snowblower and walked it down to her house. I told her I'll do her driveway because there's so much snow. After I finished she kept offering me something for my efforts. I told her it was a gift as I'm just helping someone in need. Stay at home moms with two kids never have time, especially to clear a driveway with a shovel! My conscience felt better after helping her with the driveway knowing she can return her focus on the house and kids.”

Regardless of the severity of the weather, he is often the first to step forward to ensure that our neighbors are safe and supported. Over the years, Ken has voluntarily cleared sidewalks and driveways, checked in on our neighbors, and even provided generators during major storms to ensure homes remained safe and functional. He genuinely enjoys helping others. Our neighbors have come to rely on his dependability and generosity, knowing they can count on him in times of need. Ken takes great pride and joy in serving those around him, and his selfless efforts exemplify the true spirit of community.
