Former Eggertsville Community Center – Municipal Property For Sale
The Town of Amherst will be offering the former Eggertsville Community Center for sale through a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process. It is anticipated that the RFP will be released in November 2026.
Located at 4110 Baily Avenue, Amherst NY 14226, the Eggertsville Community Center is a rare and distinctive adaptive reuse opportunity within a striking former Mid-Century Modern church (12,800 sq.ft.). The property boasts an expansive sanctuary with flexible interior space, generous community/dining room with adjoining kitchen, private courtyard, office space, and plentiful on-site parking, all situated on a 1.2 acre lot.
